At AudioMaze, we believe that a "win" for one artist is a win for the entire network. When 100+ artists support each other, we bypass the algorithm and put the music directly in front of the right ears.
How to Cross-Promote Effectively
Cross-promotion isn't about posting everything everyone does; it’s about authentic support. Here is how to do it right:
The "Add to Story" Strategy: When you see a fellow AudioMaze artist announce a new release or tour, share it to your Stories. Use the "Link" sticker to lead directly to their Bandcamp or Spotify.
Tag & Credit: If you’re listening to a peer’s track, tag them! It alerts their fanbase to your presence and builds a bridge between your audiences.
Collaborative Playlists: Create a "What I’m Listening To" playlist on Spotify or YouTube and include fellow AudioMaze artists. Share this list with your fans to position yourself as a curator and tastemaker.
The "Collab" Post: For those working together on tracks, use the Instagram "Collaborator" feature so the post appears on both profiles and hits both feeds simultaneously.
The AudioMaze "Support Code"
To make this work, we encourage every artist to:
Follow the AudioMaze Master List: Check the "Artist" section on our website for the links to all roster social accounts and give them a follow.
Engage: A simple comment or save on a peer’s post tells the algorithm that the content is valuable, pushing it to more people.
Share the Love: Aim to share at least one fellow AudioMaze artist’s work for every major announcement you make yourself.
Why it works: When you support a peer, you aren't "losing" a fan to them, you are strengthening the ecosystem that keeps global sounds and jazz alive and profitable for everyone.
